Terrified!

I have zero experience with blogging and so far it is not going so well!  I hope it gets a lot easier because at this point I am a little frustrated...    Does anyone have any tips on how to put an RSS feed on my Blog?  I watched all the videos and read all the emails yet I still have no clue.  :(  Help!
